Cindy Foster has often claimed “I truly don’t consider what I do a “job”. She knew a long time ago that she had a passion for home decorating. She loved helping friends, coworkers and family members, whether it be staging to live, organizing, or even holiday decorating. She was always told she had a great talent that needed to be used.

Cindy soon represented a home interior company providing hundreds of clients with her interior design talent. As a student at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC she studied interior decorating. She also established her own successful holiday decorating business offering professional holiday decorating for all budgets, serving areas in North and South Carolina.

After staging her own home for sale, it sold for the listing price and in a very short time. She came to the realization that other homes which had not been staged, were not selling as quickly, or were still on the market. This opened the door to her home staging career.

Cindy earned her Accredited Staging Professional® (ASP) designation from Karen Mendenhall, certified ASP trainer.

She is also a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals® (IAHSP).  As owner of Set the Stage by Cindy, she is uniquely qualified through her creativity and expertise to show your home’s most compelling features and to sell your home for a higher profit margin in the least amount of time.

Her goal is to create a marketable environment that “sets the stage”  for an emotional connection that appeals to the broadest range of prospective buyers. She is focused on providing staging, budget-friendly redesign and organizational services with the highest level of satisfaction and will strive to meet your expectations.
