Can we guarantee that your house will sell after staging it?

Staged homes show far better than competing homes on the market. We cannot guarantee that your house will sell after staging it. However, we can guarantee that staging will create a marketable environment that “sets the stage” to create immediate interest to your property and appeal to the broadest range of prospective buyers.  This will help you market your home yielding the highest price in the least amount of time.

Does staging really work?

Buying a home is one of the largest investments a person will make in their lifetime! They are also buying into a lifestyle, envisioning their new lives within the walls of that house. By staging a home, it defines the space in a way for buyers to connect to the property. Generally most potential buyers will make a decision about the house in the first 30 seconds inside a property. That is why staging makes all the difference! Today’s buyers are savvy and command turnkey properties, which is all the more reason to present your home as move-in condition and which is why now more than ever you need an expert that can separate your home from the average. What results can you expect?

Home staging combines proven real estate sales techniques with the art of design, creating a flow throughout the house, and enhancing curb appeal and promoting the best possible presentation of your property. Regardless of the size of your property, Cindy is ready to meet all of your staging needs with the highest level of satisfaction and will strive to meet your expectations. Will you recover the investment you put into staging?

Absolutely! The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has reported that on average, sellers get back $4-$6 for every dollar spent on staging. The investment of staging a home is generally a fraction of the cost of an average first price reduction and staged homes are on the market 83% less time than a non-staged home. Staging your home will always be less than your first price reduction often yielding returns of 300% or more.
